New Roof and Cedar Siding
The other problem with the house was there was a fire in the rear of the house. More damage was caused by the putting out the fire than fire it self. A new window had to be installed and new cedar siding was installed.
The roof was stripped and disposed of in our on site dumpster. New eight inch aluminum drip edge was installed on fascia and rakes. Six feet of ice and water barrier up was installed up from fascia and also installed in valleys. 15 lb roof felt was installed on the remainder. The home owner chose CertainTeed Landmark Birchwood shingles. With a lifetime warranty this should be his last roof.
