Hill Realty call us to replace any old Trocal roof on one of there office buildings, this would be the eighth roof we have replaced for them.
The old Trocal roofing had shrunk and pulled the wood nailer up exposing the top the brick siding. This caused numerous leaks in wind driven rain. A new pressure treated wood nailer had to be installed around the perimeter of the building.
A Firestone fully adhered roof system was installed with new three inch poly ISO insulation. Three new roof drains were installed and sumped down to the roof deck with crickets install in between to divert the water.
New .040 shop fabricated bronze aluminum was installed around perimeter
