The owner of this 8 yr. old rubber roof on a commercial property in Braintree MA. called on Robert Evans Jr Contracting for there expertise advise on his standing water issue. We recommended Installing a 4″inch PVC roof drain to extract any standing water out the sidewall of building. This will elimanate any pooling of water on rubber roof thus avoiding any condensation,and structural issues and increasing the longetivity of the Roof.
